The Crexent Business Centers is a rapidly growing company specializing in providing class A executive suites throughout Florida. We are seeking dynamic and energetic Center Managers to become part of our property management team.

*     As a center manager you will have full responsibility for the overall day to day operations and success of the individual center.    

*     Most importantly you are responsible for managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closing and signing leases.  

*     The successful candidate will be goal oriented and able to deliver occupancy rates and meet profitability goals of the center.      

*     Responsibilities also include managing on-sight staff, building relationships and providing exceptional customer service to existing tenants and maintaining physical appearance of the facility.

Requirements

*     Prior Sales experience with exceptional negotiating and closing skills

*     Excellent communication skills

*     Proficient knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook

*     Must be highly motivated to achieve center goals     

*     Excellent attention to detail and follow up skills
