Growing The Business... With A Little Help From The Crexent

May 25th, 2004 - Ft. Lauderdale, Florida - Nancy Moore approached the door of an office at The Crexent Business Center in Ft. Lauderdale, same as the twenty other people before her. Little did she realize she was about to unlock that door, winning a free office for a year from The Crexent Business Centers.
As the owner of DFM Consulting, Inc., a two-year-old publishing and marketing firm, Ms. Moore is looking forward to the many benefits her new office will provide. Currently operating in a "back office" location in North Miami, complete with cramped quarters and sawdust on her shoes, Ms. Moore is anxious to entertain clients at the conveniently located and professionally appointed Crexent Business Center in Miami Lakes. When asked how she heard about the promotion and what prompted her to enter, Ms. Moore's story is a telling one indeed. While out visiting a client as she often does, she saw The Crexent Business Center in Pembroke Pines. Not knowing fully what was inside, she decided to investigate. Upon entering the facility, she saw the point-of-purchase display, the "officeless" professional standee affectionately named Brad (photo with Brad). After taking a tour and learning more about all The Crexent Business Centers have to offer, Ms. Moore dropped her name in the entry box and weeks later was called as one of fifty qualifiers to visit the Ft. Lauderdale location for her chance to win. Nancy was the twenty-first person to try her key, and that key made the magic whir of an unlocking door.
The free office promotion entitled the winner to choose among the Davie, Pembroke Pines, Fort Lauderdale or Miami Lakes locations. Ms. Moore chose the Miami Lakes location as it is close to home and centrally located with easy access to major highways. As Nancy stated, "an ideal location." Ms. Moore claimed her office in Miami Lakes on May 24th and is looking forward to having a "front office" to entertain clients and conduct meetings with all the amenities that come along with Class "A" office space at The Crexent. Ms. Moore states that she "fully anticipates not just renewing the space in a year, but getting more space."
