What is considered an urgent maintenance request?An emergency request is defined as a maintenance problem that causes a safety hazard to clients, or an imminent damage to property, so that fixing it cannot wait until the next business day. A few examples would be a broken pipe, window, or sudden electrical short.

Can I cancel a service request?Yes, if you want to delete or cancel the request, you can click on delete, otherwise your request will be handled in the order it was received.

Log in by entering your username and password or activate your account by using the email we have on file and temporary password 123456 3. Click on “My Request” 4. Click on “New Request” 5. Enter the issue, with as much details as possible. 6. Click on “Create” Please contact us if you experience any issues.

Terms and Conditions for Online Directory Membership1. Enrollment and Renewal By enrolling in the Online Directory, you agree to an annual membership fee of $39.95. Your membership will automatically renew every 12 months on the anniversary of your original enrollment date unless canceled. You will receive a reminder notification 30 days prior to the renewal date. 2. Cancellation Policy You may cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account and following the cancellation process in the account settings. Cancellation will prevent future renewals, but you will retain access to the directory until the end of the current subscription period. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription term. Keep reading
