Our Process Is Simple: If you haven’t worked with us yet, simply fill out the form below to register for the referral program. One of our team members will contact you quickly to confirm your registration and provide more program details. If you are already registered, simply complete the form below with as many details as you can. 

 

Who can join our program?

 

All The Crexent Tenants and Real Estate Professionals, including…

 

  • Commercial and Residential Brokers

  • Real Estate Agents

  • Attorneys

  • Mortgage Officers

  • Appraisers, Contractor, etc.

Referral Program Terms & Conditions

​

  1. Eligibility:

    • Only current tenants/clients of The Crexent Business Centers are eligible to participate in the referral program.

    • Referring partners are not employees of The Crexent Business Centers.

  2. Referral Submission:

    • All referrals must be submitted within the same calendar year to qualify for compensation.

    • Before referring a new client, participants must contact property manager and complete a Referral Partner Application Form.

    • In the message section of the form, participants must confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to the referral program’s rules and policies.

  3. Compensation & Payment Terms:

    • Referral compensation is only applicable for new tenants signing a lease with The Crexent Business Centers; referrals of existing customers do not qualify.

    • A minimum 1-year lease agreement is required for full compensation eligibility.

    • Compensation checks will be issued 30 days after the referred tenant’s move-in date.

  4. General Conditions:

    • The referral program is subject to change or termination at The Crexent Business Centers’ discretion.

    • Any disputes or discrepancies will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and The Crexent Business Centers’ decision will be final.

 

By submitting a referral, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
